Returns & Refunds


Before Returning Any Products Please Contact Us Via Email

Defective Products - The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with defective merchandise. If it arrives to you damaged or visually defective, then please get in touch with us within a week's time. We will offer a replacement (same product, same size).

Wrong Size - Unfortunately, we do not offer size exchanges so we urge you to read our size charts on each of the product pages and please do not hesitate to contact us with any further questions before ordering. 

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our return address. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. However, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your package. In this case, you would have to process a new order to replace the original. 

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to you.


Please note that you are unable to cancel your order once it has been made, so we encourage you to make sure all your details and shipping details are correct before clicking "complete order".

If you are not satisfied with your purchase then you have up to 14 days from delivery to contact us. We will offer you a full refund excluding shipping. However, you will be responsible for shipping costs for returning the product back to us.

All refunds are to be made to the account used to pay for your original order. In the event that we're unable to refund directly to your account, store credit will be issued.
